Background

As our Client Service Associate, Erica plays a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. From supporting daily operations to helping ensure an efficient and organized experience for every client, she brings reliability, energy, and attention to detail to the team.

Originally from Mankato, MN, Erica graduated from South Central College with an associate’s degree in business management. Her passion for financial services and eagerness to learn make her a valuable part of the practice as she continues to grow alongside the team.

In the office, Erica supports both advisors and clients by assisting with account administration, follow-up, and day-to-day processes that help maintain the high level of service out clients expect. She is committed to learning every aspect of the client experience and helping build strong, lasting relationships.

Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with family, reading, and baking.
